Shipping

We offer free standard UK delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.

  • UK Delivery: Free on all orders
  • Processing: orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days
  • Delivery estimate: 7–15 business days from dispatch (you'll receive a tracking number by email)

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email us and we'll look into it straight away.

Returns

We want you to love your order. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return, in line with your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How to Return

  1. Email support@maveuk.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack your item securely and send it back unused, in its original packaging
  4. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return

Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • For hygiene reasons, personal care items that have been unsealed and used cannot be returned unless faulty
  • This does not affect your statutory rights. Faulty or misdescribed items are always eligible for refund or replacement

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
