Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.

Delivery Times

We ship to the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch. During busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@maveuk.co.uk and we will look into it straight away.
